What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return it for a full refund or store credit. To initiate a return, please email info@bewareclothing.com with your reason for requesting a return. We will email you a Return Authorization along with return instructions. Products which show wear or have been washed or are altered in any way are non-returnable. All claims must be made within five working days from receipt of goods. A proper return authorization from Be Aware Clothing is required before any returned goods will be accepted. All return requests must reference the original order number prior to approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
How long will it take to receive my order?
You should allow two days to process your order plus the number of days it takes to ship. We offer 2-day and ground shipping via Federal Express.
How are your products made?
Our products are made from 100% cotton with many available in 100% organic cotton. Some have small amounts of nylon for comfort and durability. The clothing is then imprinted with the word of your choice.
What organizations do you donate to?
Ten percent of all profits from Be Aware Clothing are donated to Love Without Boundaries and The Heifer Organization, two fantastic organizations which support the health, well being and happiness of children around the world.
Can I order sizes, styles, colors or words that you don't offer?
Currently we don't have the option for custom orders, however we may do that in the future. In the meantime, please let us know what options you would like to see by filling out our Contact Form. We are constantly adding new options for our customers based on the feedback we receive.
